How to Request Account Deletion

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:

• Your account information (email, password)
• Your reading preferences and settings
• Your story progress and history
• Your bookmarks and saved content
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

What Happens After Deletion

• You will no longer be able to access your account
• All your reading progress will be lost
• This action cannot be undone
• You can create a new account at any time, but it will start fresh

Exceptions

We may retain some data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records, abuse prevention). However, this data will be anonymized and not linked to your identity.
