Worldly respects your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

In the Worldly app:

Go to your Profile page, scroll to Account Management, and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to verify your identity before your account is deleted.

You can also request deletion by emailing us at with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line and your account email address.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:

Deleting your account in the app takes effect immediately. If you request deletion via email, we will process it within 30 days.

What Happens After Deletion

Exceptions

We may retain some data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records, abuse prevention). However, this data will be anonymized and not linked to your identity.
