By accessing or using Worldly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Worldly is an interactive fiction platform that allows users to read and participate in choice-driven stories. Your choices shape the narrative and determine the direction of each story.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Worldly. By creating an account, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Worldly Content: All stories, text, images, graphics, and other content provided through the App are owned by Worldly or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without express written permission.
User Interactions: By making choices, providing input, or otherwise interacting with stories in the App, you grant Worldly a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and incorporate your interactions into the App for any purpose, including improving and operating the service.
Usage Rights: Subject to these Terms, Worldly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The App provides interactive fiction content for entertainment purposes. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content. All content is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORLDLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
